How do I sign up for tutoring?

There are 2 options to sign up for tutoring. You may contact us by clicking here and filling out information about your child, or you can schedule a consultation here with Jennifer Mills to talk about your situation over zoom or the phone.

 

Do tutors work with the school or teacher?

Yes! With the parent's or guardian's permission, we are able to collaborate with your child's teacher and make sure what we are supporting is appropriately aligned with what is being taught in class. Communication between the tutor and classroom teacher is beneficial because it provides insight into the child's learning challenges or areas where the student is succeeding. Working together is a huge support for the child!

Do tutors work in person?

No. At the moment, we are supporting students through virtual conferencing platforms for tutoring support.

What happens if I need to cancel a session?

Please communicate with the tutor as soon as possible to let them know you can't attend the session. We ask that you let them know, no later than 8am the morning of the scheduled session. A cancellation fee of $25 will be charged for failure to cancel the session by the appropriate time.

How does payment work?

After the tutoring session, an invoice will be emailed to you for the service. You can pay through Credit Card or PayPal.
